EU AI Act

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) is the first comprehensive AI-specific regulation adopted by a major regulator. As we build AI capabilities into our products - including CommandCore™ (Pack AI), we assess and document them against the Act's requirements, the same way we do for GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

How we classify our AI systems

We evaluate every AI system we ship against the risk tiers set out in the EU AI Act. CommandCore™ (Pack AI) has been assessed against Article 6 and Annex III and does not fall into any high-risk category. It is classified as a limited-risk AI system, subject to the transparency obligations of Article 50, which we meet by disclosing AI-assisted functionality to users.

Conformity assessment

We carried out a conformity assessment based on internal control (Article 43, Annex VI) and issued an EU Declaration of Conformity under Article 47.
