CommandCore™ 2026.3 release helps packaging plants get more sellable capacity from their existing equipment, raw material and people they already have by putting their data to work. The standout feature is Pack AI Business Intelligence solution in Radius, which lets business users build their own dashboards by asking in plain language, with no SQL or BI specialist needed.
Estimating in Radius adds a rule engine for pre-defined routes, configurable dimension precision and site-level EUDR verification. Metrics® ERP moves closer to the CommandCore platform with a new REST API, a Purchasing Web App and PrintFlow 4D integration.
On the shop floor, the new AC4D Performance Dashboard shows live machine status, speed against target and shift totals on a large screen above the machine, so crews can correct a run while it is still going. AC4D Machine Maintenance tracks each component's lifespan against a set threshold, and both features come with the release at no extra licence. PrintFlow 4D Capacity Management shows planners the load on every cell before capacity is lost, CorrTrim Web moves trim optimization to the browser with an engine up to 10× faster, and the Syncro Mobile App in Escada Corrugator Control frees production visibility from a fixed screen.
