The Challenge
Connecting Two Plants Under One Operational Model
When Microsoft announced the sunset of Great Plains, Yerecic Label recognised the moment as more than a required system migration. It created an opportunity to address long-standing operational limitations and establish a stronger foundation for future coordination across both plants.
Operations relied on a collection of disconnected systems. Teams were manually re-keying data between estimating, production, and shipping. Real-time visibility across sites was limited, and finance operated separately from production workflows. Each workaround added complexity and introduced the risk of error.
The priority was clear. Replace fragmented systems with a single platform purpose-built for label manufacturing that could support packaging-specific operational control while connecting cleanly to the company’s existing financial environment without requiring heavy customisation.

Following a structured evaluation process, Yerecic Label selected ePS because it delivered packaging-industry-specific workflows while preserving clean interoperability with the company’s existing financial environment
Just as important, the platform aligned with how label converters operate without requiring the level of custom development that alternative solutions depended on. This allowed Yerecic Label to establish a purpose-built operational foundation that scales with the business.
Through a series of discovery workshops, ePS mapped Yerecic Label’s end-to-end workflows and designed a unified operating model spanning both facilities. Pennsylvania will serve as the commercial hub, while Arizona will support real-time production data capture and fulfilment operations within a connected platform environment.
Once fully deployed, both plants will operate from a shared operational foundation designed to provide teams with consistent visibility into schedules, machine activity, and order progress across locations.
Integration with the existing financial application is designed to remain clean and low-maintenance, allowing operational and financial data to flow between environments without manual re-entry or reconciliation workarounds.
Scheduling Intelligence and Shop-Floor Transparency
As implementation progresses, production managers are expected to benefit from schedules designed to refresh in minutes together with improved access to real-time machine status information supporting faster decision making on the shop floor.
