ePS Appoints Lauren Smith as Chief Marketing Officer

Pittsburgh, USA - May 26, 2026  ePS (eProductivity Software) today announced the appointment of Lauren Smith as Chief Marketing Officer. Smith will lead the company’s global marketing organization and support the next phase of growth following the recent launch of CommandCore™, ePS’s unified operational platform for packaging manufacturers.

In her new role, Smith will oversee global marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and go-to-market alignment across the business. She will work closely with commercial and product leadership teams to strengthen how ePS communicates its value to customers and partners worldwide.

Smith brings more than 20 years of B2B marketing experience across software and SaaS organizations. Throughout her career, she has led international marketing teams and supported high-growth and private equity-backed businesses through periods of transformation, expansion, and commercial scale.

Her appointment comes as ePS continues to advance its vision for reducing operational fragmentation across the packaging industry. Following the introduction of CommandCore, the company is focused on helping packaging businesses simplify operations, improve visibility, and create more connected manufacturing environments through unified, packaging-native technology.

“Lauren brings a strong combination of strategic marketing leadership and operational focus,” said Douglas Braun, CEO of ePS. “As we continue building momentum following the launch of CommandCore, her experience scaling marketing organizations and aligning them closely with business objectives will be invaluable. We are excited to welcome her to the executive team.”

“I’m excited to join ePS at such an important stage in the company’s growth,” said Lauren Smith. “The launch of CommandCore represents a major step forward for the business and for the packaging industry more broadly. My focus is on building a marketing organization that strengthens how we engage the market, supports commercial growth, and helps customers clearly understand the value ePS can deliver.”

Smith added, “ePS has a strong vision, deep industry expertise, and a unique opportunity to help packaging manufacturers modernize the way they operate. I’m looking forward to working with teams across the business to support the company’s continued growth.”
