United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act Notice

Empower  Evolve  Excite

Foreword

At eProductivity Software (“ePS”), we are committed to high standards of ethical corporate behavior and have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We recognize that modern slavery and human trafficking are crimes and violations of fundamental human rights. We do not enter into business with any organization, which knowingly supports, or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude, or forced or compulsory labor. As an equal opportunities employer, we are also committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our people. Our recruitment and people management processes are designed to ensure that all prospective employees are legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom.

This statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and is issued by EPS US, LLC for each of ePS’s subsidiaries operating in the United Kingdom regardless of whether they are specifically required by the Act to publish an annual modern slavery statement. This statement highlights the key activities we have undertaken during the financial year ending 31 December 2023 to combat modern slavery in our organization and supply chain.

Our Business, Structure, and Supply Chains

ePS is a leading, global provider of packaging and print software solutions. We offer integrated, automated, and purpose-built software technology for MIS and ERP, eCommerce, and industry-specific point solutions.

Our head office is in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. ePS has over 800 employees worldwide, with operations in 12 countries.

Our local and international supply chains are relatively limited, consisting primarily of goods and services necessary to run our business around the world. Our software is written by, and our services are primarily delivered by our employees and consultants who are engaged directly by us. ePS suppliers and partners must have demonstrated values and standards that align with ePS’s own high standards.

Our Policies

We have appropriate policies in place that guide our suppliers and internal teams regarding the ethical standards expected in any part of our business. We regularly review and update all of our policies to ensure that they remain current and appropriate.

We have the following policies in place relevant to modern slavery, which we regularly review and update:
•    Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
•    Supplier Code of Conduct
•    Anti-Bribery Policy

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is publicly available at https://epssw.com/code-of-conduct.
It contains guidelines on ethical and responsible working. Likewise, our Supplier Code of Conduct is publicly available at https://epssw.com/supplier-code-of-conduct and it contains guidelines on ethical and safe working.

Our policies are under review with the intention of bringing them and our statements of the ethical requirements of ePS more directly into line with the requirements of the current Modern Slavery Act and possible future amendments to the Act.

Risk Assessment and Management

We have reviewed our organization and our supply chains, and we have considered the risk that modern slavery could arise. Due to the nature of our business and our direct relationship with our employees, we consider that the risk of modern slavery in our own organization is relatively low. We also have in place systems to:
•    Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains
•    Protect whistleblowers

Due Diligence within Our Supply Chain

ePS engages closely with our suppliers and conducts appropriate due diligence before entering into and while maintaining its relationships. Engagement with new suppliers is subject to a formal process and requires final approval by the applicable Department leader. Significant supplier contracts of a recurring nature require approval from the applicable Department leader and ePS’s General Counsel. Suppliers must have demonstrated values and standards that align with ePS’s own high standards.

Monitoring Effectiveness and Key Performance Indicators

We aim to monitor and increase the ethical standards in our supply chain by taking appropriate steps and conducting appropriate diligence to confirm that suppliers demonstrate values and standards that align with ePS’s own high standards.

Training on Modern Slavery and Trafficking

All ePS employees are required to read and understand ePS policies and uphold them in day-to day activities. All employees are also expected to ensure that all agents and contractors are aware of, understand and adhere to our standards. We are in the course of evaluating Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking training programme(s) for incorporation into our corporate training to key employees.
