eProductivity Software (“ePS”) is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal data that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection.
We have created this GDPR Compliance Statement to explain our approach to implementing our GDPR compliance program.
Introduction
The GDPR is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union, aiming to give control back to citizens and residents over their personal data.
Our GDPR Principles
ePS takes the privacy and security of individuals and their personal data very seriously. Our principles for processing personal data include:
- We will process all personal data fairly and lawfully
- We will only process personal data for specified and lawful purposes
- Where practical, we will keep personal data up to date
- We will not keep personal data for longer than is necessary
Data Subjects Rights under GDPR
Many countries and jurisdictions impose specific legal rights with respect to personal data and, subject to applicable data protection law, a data subject may have one or more of the following rights relating to their personal data: (i) to access their personal data; (ii) to rectify their personal data; (iii) the erasure of their personal data; (iv) to restrict processing of their personal data under certain circumstances; (v) to object to the processing of their personal data under certain circumstances; and (vi) the portability of their personal data.
If you would like to contact ePS to make such a request, please refer to our Privacy Policy, or our Data Subject (Privacy) Rights Request form.
Our GDPR Compliance Plan
ePS has established an internal program to identify which measures we need to implement under the GDPR. The following is an overview of certain steps that ePS is taking:
- We conducted an analysis of collected personal data in our systems
- We have established procedures and policies to restrict processing of personal data
- We are continually reviewing our internal policies across the business, but with specific attention to HR, IT and data protection
- We have updated our internal education programs to deliver additional data protection and GDPR related training
