Pittsburgh, October 22, 2025 – ePS Packaging US, LLC, has achieved official certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) - a globally recognized privacy program administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
The certification underscores ePS’ commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data protection and privacy across its global operations, ensuring the secure and responsible transfer of personal data between the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States.

The DPF marks the first of three major certifications ePS is pursuing to strengthen its global security framework. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications are actively underway and expected within the next six months - further validating ePS’ ongoing investment in secure, compliant, and scalable operations.
