This year we are thrilled to bring you another panel of extraordinary women in the print and packaging industries.
During the lunch, you will hear their personal experiences in our proud industries as well as their thoughts on the importance of mentoring and how to recruit and retain female talent to continue to drive growth and diversity within print and packaging.
The CONNECT WNL is not intended to be another industry women's group. It is intended to be time spent together at CONNECT to bring our learnings and experiences to light so that we can continue to recruit and retain female talent in print and packaging.

Meet the panel
Anusha Rajasekar
IT Project Manager,
PPC Flex
Anusha is currently the IT Project Manager at PPC Flex, where she is responsible for leading the company's IT projects. In addition, she serves as Vice President of the ePS Radius User Group Committee, a role that allows her to demonstrate her leadership skills and contribute to the Packaging Community. Prior to PPC Flex, Anusha worked at Wipro Technologies in India, where she progressed from a trainee to Project Engineer for one of the most significant ERP projects.
In 2014, Anusha moved to the US. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Illinois, Springfield in management information systems and is currently a member of the International Business Honors Society.
Brenna Chapman

Brenna is the Senior Manager of Professional Services for eProductivity Software with over a decade of experience in operations leadership. Over the past 17 years, Brenna has gained extensive experience in the print and packaging industries, including eight years in customer success and two years in professional services.
Brenna excels in building and managing globally diverse teams and leading remote employees. With degrees in Sales and Management, Brenna combines her deep print and packaging industry expertise with strong leadership skills. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, watching soccer, and a variety of recreational activities.
Diana Hvistendahl
VP Strategic Planning & Client Services, IWCO
Diana has been with IWCO, a Direct Mail Marketing Services organization, since 2011. Diana oversees all aspects of IWCO’s Account Management, new client onboarding, and strategic planning and deployment. She leads many cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new technologies, better processes, and positive changes that ensure IWCO is positioned to help clients exceed their goals.
She has held progressively responsible roles that solidified her passion for leadership, project management, process improvement, and employee development. As a female executive leader, she honors the responsibility of being a mentor and role model for other women in our industry and for her two young daughters. You can also ask her to play pickleball any time!
Jules Van Sant
Chief Inspiration Officer,
Bubble & Hatch
Jules brings deep professional experience in print and advertising and valued guidance in marketing and storytelling to her clients. In 2018 she co-founded Bubble & Hatch Marketing. In her current role as Chief Inspirational Officer, she keeps her pulse on print and graphic industry trends, news, head winds and opportunities into the future.
Jules is also Executive Director of Two Sides North America and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation. She is also the current Chair of the Cal Poly Graphic Communications Advisory Board, Trustee on the Oregon Printing Industry Pension.
Lindsey Pearson
Managing Director,
Whitmar Publications
Lindsey has been at Whitmar Publications for over 20 years, having joined from a sales background. Today she is the managing director of the company and publisher of a stable of magazines for printers: Digital Printer, FlexoTech and Digital Labels & Packaging.
She has continued to push the boundaries of the company’s commitment to provide the commercial and packaging print markets with pertinent information about all aspects of print. The company also acquired an industry job board called Ozzle in 2018 and recently launched Digital Textile Printer along with E-newsletters and digital versions of its magazines.
Sumabala Sharma

Sumabala's career spans two decades, and includes a wealth of expertise in print and ERP software, having held pivotal leadership roles throughout her journey.
Her extensive experience in the print and packaging sectors includes more than ten years in software R&D Engineering and over five years in Business Analytics and Product Management.
Sumabala embraces her role as a mentor, inspiring and guiding other women in the industry to achieve their full potential.

Carrie Klepzig
VP Global Marketing, ePS
Carrie has over 20 years in progressive leadership roles in Marketing. She began her career in politics, working on local, state, and federal campaigns. Carrie stepped away from political work in 2011 and started a career in Corporate Marketing, leading large global teams within SaaS, telecoms, and systems integration industries. In 2022 Carrie was promoted to VP of Global Marketing for ePS where she leads a team spanning the globe.
Carrie holds degrees in Political Science, History, and recently obtained certification in Leading DE&I from Northwestern University. She is a trustee and volunteer at TRC Sexual Abuse & Rape Crisis center in Manchester and an author.
